I’ve always been drawn to storytelling. I want to tell your story with images that capture the heart of your family; those raw, seemingly insignificant moments that truly aren’t so little after all. I believe those are the moments we’ll treasure the most, not the perfectly posed. I want to give you photos that transport you right back to that moment in time. Those paint splattered hands. Their dancing hair while they spin. The way your toddler jumps into your arms. The “uh-oh spaghettio” every-time the block tower falls. Those tender eskimo kisses. I am inspired by the beautiful, the messy, and all that’s in-between. Those soft and tender moments and those bone-deep happy explosions of emotion. Raised in New England, I love mountains and those exceptional fall leaves with their hues of amber, marigold, and honey. I have vivid memories of my mama in the snow, drizzling chocolate sauce and maple syrup (VT pure of course) for us to lick up. How I wish I had a photo of that. I have my mama to thank for my beginning this journey with photography. As a new mama myself, and while caring for her, I documented our days together as she fought a rare neurodegenerative disease.
